Full transparency, I was apprehensive to work with Upright Fence because of the not so great reviews, regarding their customer service. Ultimately, we decided to proceed with them and it has been nothing shy of amazing work, communications, and customer service. I feel like my husband and I are easy people to work with and we never want to cause issues or look for problems, so that was what we lead with while working with them. The estimate consultation was great, the ladies on the phone were kind and friendly, the men that did the fence installation were amazing, professional, and incredibly kind to work with. We never had a single problem, issue, or complaint with Upright Fence, and we would highly recommend them to anybody.

I have been familiar with Upright Fence since I was a little girl. A few years ago I started working with a fabrication installation company and Upright has referred work to us and we have referred work to them. When my neighbor approached me about sharing the cost to have our property line fence replaced, I knew who to go to. With it being the middle of summer, I already knew it was going to be a couple months, with permits and heavy work loads. But because I am familiar with the industry, it was prepared. They took care of everything and all I had to do was pay my deposit, wait for permit approval, wait for the call for scheduling and didn't even have to be there for installation. Ken, Chelsea, and the installers where nice and prompt. I couldn't have asked for a smoother process. The new fence looks great and I am 100% satisfied. Cross fingers, next year I can get other neighbor to trim her jungle and we can replace that one!! THANK YOU TEAM UPRIGHT!!
